Project Management Consultant - 1-year Contract

Your Day-to-Day:



  • Lead coordination of internal and external teams across environmental, regulatory, land, interconnection, and engineering disciplines.
  • Develop and optimize technical project scopes to enhance feasibility and performance.
  • Support origination and development teams with PPA and GIA negotiations.
  • Ensure all jurisdictional and permitting requirements are addressed.
  • Collaborate with engineering and estimating teams to support design development and financial modeling.
  • Present and manage financial models through executive approvals.
  • Source and negotiate contracts for geotechnical, survey, engineering, and EPC/PC services.
  • Ensure seamless transition of projects to construction with a comprehensive execution plan.
  • Participate in site walk-downs, validate work completion, and review contractor payments.
  • Interface with vendors, suppliers, regulatory agencies, landowners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies to senior leadership.



Who You Are:

As a successful candidate, you will bring the following to the team:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred)
  • 5+ years in project development, engineering, or construction in energy or infrastructure.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Familiarity with permitting, interconnection, and regulatory processes.
  • Financial modeling and cost estimation understanding.
  • Contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
