The Manager of Pricing and Programming - CNH Construction will lead the development and execution of strategic sales programs and pricing strategies to optimize product positioning, drive profitable growth, and ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, analytical acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to evaluate financial payback, support data-driven decisions, and monitor program effectiveness.



Responsibilities

    Lead the development and implementation of strategic pricing models and sales programs to position products effectively across markets.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust pricing and commercial program infrastructure that aligns with financial targets and long-term business goals.
  • Conduct in-depth pricing and program analytics to evaluate margin performance, program uptake, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools to track pricing effectiveness, customer response, and budget adherence.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership to inform future pricing actions and program development.
  • Deliver regular reports and insights on market pricing trends, competitor programs, and product positioning.
  • Serve as the primary contact for pricing and sales program-related inquiries from the sales organization, supporting field teams with clear, actionable data.
  • Evaluate and adjust pricing strategies and program budgets based on market performance, financial impact, and business priorities.
  • Ensure programs remain competitive, fiscally responsible, and aligned with overall commercial strategy.
  • Lead quarterly program calls and other communication efforts to promote awareness, understanding, and adoption of commercial programs across the organization.
  • Oversee the Program Auditor to ensure compliance, mitigate risk, recommend process improvements, and coordinate with both internal and external audit teams.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Product Management on business reviews, strategic planning, and forecasting.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience

The annual salary for this role is $133,875 - $196,350 plus any applicable bonus (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)
