  • Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Outlook) and external systems via APIs, custom connectors, and Azure services.

  • Ensure platform security, performance, and reliability in accordance with enterprise policies.

  • Remain updated with the latest Power Platform features and updates in the Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Qualifications:

  • Proven experience designing and scaling Power Platform solutions across large, complex enterprise environments.

  • Deep technical mastery of Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate (cloud and desktop), Power BI, CoPilot Studio, and Dataverse.

  • Advanced knowledge of security roles, authentication strategies, and enterprise-grade performance tuning.

  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.

  • Demonstrated experience setting standards, coaching teams, and driving governance initiatives.

  • Experience with custom connectors, REST APIs, and handling JSON.

  • Familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Functions, API Management, and Logic Apps.

  • Comfortable with ALM practices using tools like Azure DevOps, Git, and pipelines.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong project management, communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications: PL-400, PL-600, or other advanced certifications.

  • Experience with enterprise-grade RPA using Power Automate Desktop.
