ATI is an FAR Part 121 charter airline headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, and operates a worldwide fleet of Boeing 757 and 767 cargo and combi passenger aircraft. ATI specializes in freight forwarding, government and military contracts. ATI is a subsidiary of Air Transport Services Group, Inc. Purpose: The Junior Accountant will be an essential part of the Finance Team which will be responsible for performing various accounting and administrative duties. This individual will be responsible for coding fuel invoices for payment processing, preparing the weekly fuel invoicing spreadsheet, filing monthly landing reports, and reviewing employee expense reports for payment processing. In addition, the Junior Accountant will be required to contact fuel vendors in order to resolve issues, as well as be required to monitor and request changes within the fuel system as necessary. Additionally, he/she will be required to perform month-end close duties such as journal entry preparation and other special projects that may arise during the close period. The Junior Accountant will be a member of the ATI Finance Team and as such, confidentiality, sensitivity, attention to detail, and professionalism are essential ingredients of performance.
