This position supports the Real Estate Finance Director in overseeing the financial management of the real estate portfolio which includes over 150 locations across the Bronx and Westchester County including 22 parking lots, 180 leases. Responsibilities include managing lease administration vendor, review and analyze lease payments, prepare leased property budget and review monthly results of operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelors Degree in Law, Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5 years of work experience in Law, Contracts, Finance, or Accounting required
  • Reacts well under pressure and keeps emotions under control while using reason to manage difficult situations.
  • Ability to function and complete assignments in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Displays original and creative thinking through innovative suggestions for improving work and alternative solutions to problems.
  • Exhibits good oral communication skills by speaking clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations, listening without interrupting, getting clarification, and responding well to questions.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve problems and make recommendations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP platform
  • Audit and internal controls background is a plus
