This is a role within Chamberlain Group's Sales Analytics function. This role will analyze, communicate insights, and provide recommendations to drive sales growth and profitability for key partners (i.e. customers) by working in tandem with leadership at key partners to synthesize and present insights that achieve mutually beneficial goals. Requires 5+ years of experience in consulting, business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and profitability by synthesizing key partners (i.e. customers) data sets including shipment, sell thru, and product mix against historical trends, current targets, and broader market performance

  • Collaborate directly with partners as well as Chamberlain Group Sales, Channel, Go-To-Market, and Finance teams to uncover opportunities, provide data solutions, launch programs that accelerate achievement of revenue goals, and track success in key initiatives such as training programs, promotions, incentives, and category expansion

  • Achieve mutually beneficial goals by publishing findings with clear headlines, polished charts, and presenting to leadership at our partners as well as Sales leadership

  • Conduct predictive, statistical, and financial analyses to identify significant shifts in partner and market behavior and recommend actions to maximize value

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group's reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field (finance, economics, statistics, mathematics, engineering)

  • 5+ years' work experience in business analytics, business intelligence, financial analysis, or similar functions

  • Experience designing or consulting on business strategy and pricing.

  • Data visualization experience with Power BI

  • Ability to interpret and articulate insightful conclusions and effectively communicate to stakeholders

  • Ability to integrate and manage data from multiple sources to create dynamic models and analysis tools

  • Ability to take initiative, thrive in an unstructured role, and iterate with continuous improvements

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Ability to travel as needed for Sales meetings or partner visits - 10%

Preferred:

  • Exposure to Python, R or similar

  • Salesforce.com knowledge

  • Exposure to SQL or similar

The payrange for this position is $97,700.00 - $157,475.00; base payoffered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
