Make an Impact We are seeking a talented Technical Administrator to join our Digital department at Fossil Group. In this unique role, you'll be a technical administrator on the business side, ensuring the smooth operation of our digital platforms including Adobe Dynamic Media, Google Sheets automation tools, and Digital Marketing feeds through an aggregator.
What you will do in this role:
- Administering Adobe Dynamic Media to manage production issues, coordinate image uploads, oversee PDP image projects, and execute seasonal engraving/embossing preview image creation.
- Managing Google Apps for automation, including troubleshooting tools and updating automated templates for wholesale accounts, Amazon image naming, and product data translation.
- Managing the operational side of global digital marketing feeds with Rithum, including understanding system mapping, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing feeds.
- Creating engraving/embossing preview images in Dynamic Media seasonally.
- Troubleshooting PDP image issues in AEM DAM and Dynamic Media.
- Uploading marketing videos to Dynamic Media for digital channels.
- Troubleshooting Google tools and updating automated templates, including creating seasonal product templates for NAM and EMEA wholesale partners.
- Meeting weekly with global Rithum teams to review requests and ensure timely completion.
- Partnering with Marketing on new global digital marketing feed and promotion requests.
- Auditing Digital Marketing feeds weekly to ensure feed health.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to standardize and automate processes.
Your Skills
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, including Adobe Dynamic Media (ADM) expertise with a focus on troubleshooting and structure management for PDP images.
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience with Google Apps Script to support and create automation tools.
- Ability to manage processes like engraving/embossing preview images and seasonal uploads.
- Strong technical skills with a proactive, independent work style to take ownership of the role.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and flexibility.
- Ability to work independently while keeping the team updated and adapt to the fast-paced, changing environment typical of e-commerce.
