*MUST already reside in Michigan. Hybrid 3x a week in Grand Rapids, MI* Description A large client of ours is in need of an ITSM Analyst to join their team and help them with their usage of the Knowledge Management module within ServiceNow. They currently have the module in use and the foundation built, but would like someone to help validate that they are utilizing it in the most effective way possible. This team is primarily focused on the processes and how the capabilities of ServiceNow map to the business challenges the users are solving for. This person will help with requirements gathering, creating user stories, and helping with user acceptance testing before passing that along to the ServiceNow development team to build. This person will need to collaborate with many people int his role, ranging from business/IT stakeholders to end users. They should be comfortable articulating the value KM is bringing to help with user buy in. They have a solid Knowledge Base for the service center, but as they are now expanding this practice to all groups of IT, they want to be sure their processes are robust and scalable. They have had the Knowledge Management module implemented for about a year. Skills ServiceNow, ITSM, knowledge management, ITIL, Implementation, JavaScript Additional Skills & Qualifications * This person might be asked to make some small modifications to the code, so JavaScript would be nice to have, but not required. * This person may also be asked to help with modules outside of Knowledge management - Incident, Problem, and Change have already been built out, Request and IT Asset Management are being built out currently. * Might have to do some light article writing for the KB specifically about ITSM processes not a core function of the role. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
