Capability Requirements



  • Associates degree in IT-related field
  • Training and certification in Microsoft, or Google
  • Six months of relevant technical experience; or combination of applicable work experience, education, and certifications.
  • Working knowledge of Windows in an enterprise environment
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory
  • Understanding of Windows and Chrome OS in an enterprise environment.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Collaboration tools.
  • Professional well developed interpersonal skills
  • Strong communications, writing and editing skills needed to transfer information to individuals involved in systems support process.
  • Knowledge of data security practices and procedures.
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

  • Physical Demands of Position: While performing the duties of this position, the employee is required to sit, stand and walk, use hands and fingers. The employee occasionally must reach above and below shoulder level, and lift/push/pull and /or carry up to 10 pounds.
  • Environmental/Working Conditions: Works in a typical administrative setting with climate control and appropriate lighting. Travel to branches requires exposure to outdoor and traffic conditions.
