Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for partnering with business leaders and Human Resources to actively identify, source, and recruit prospective candidates using a variety of channels, with a focus on key roles related to Engineering, Construction, and project-site related positions. The position will focus on creating a pipeline of talent by maintaining relationships with people in the industry who possess the skills to match our business strategy. This position may be filled in either Houston, TX or Pittsburgh, PA Essential Functions
