This role is ideal for candidates with a robust analytics background in digital media, particularly those experienced in analyzing paid and organic social, creative, programmatic, and linear channels. The analyst will focus on evaluating channel data to produce actionable insights and recommendations, as well as creating measurement plans, test plans, and learning agendas, alongside reporting responsibilities. Collaboration is a key aspect of this position, requiring strong communication skills and a natural curiosity to navigate the current landscape and identify new opportunities while collaborating with cross functional teams. The analyst will work with data across various channels and must exhibit a strong passion for continuous learning while actively sharing knowledge and insights to help upskill team members and enhance overall team performance. Proven storytelling abilities and exceptional communication skills are essential for presenting complex data in an engaging and easily digestible format in reports. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze channel data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop measurement plans, test plans, and learning agendas.
- Prepare and deliver reports based on data analysis.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional teams.
- Utilize strong communication skills to convey findings and insights.

Qualifications
- 5+ years proven experience in analytics, with at least 2 years of marketing agency experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of various paid marketing channels (social, creative, programmatic, linear, and digital) and organic social.
- Experience using analytics to optimize paid media & creative performance.
- Experience with brand lift studies, MTA or MMM.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to convert data into valuable insights and recommendations, as well as identify gaps and opportunities.
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for making data accessible and actionable for diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of taking ownership of tasks and navigating challenges.
- Collaborative team player who enjoys connecting resources and working with others to solve problems and achieve common goals.
Additional Skills:
- Ability to learn AWS Services (Athena, Redshift, Sagemaker) and Python for future state analytical need.
- Working knowledge of SAS and/or SQL is preferred.
- Knowledge of Marketing principles and leveraging Marketing data to drive decision making.
- Experience with Google Marketing Platform, Power BI, Datorama and Adobe is preferred.

- Potential starting salary range: $95,800 - $121,900
- Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
- High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
