About the team The FIS AI Technology Hub builds and operates the enterprise AI platform used across all FIS product lines. The team develops standardized AI models, reusable agents, and the enterprise AI platform and marketplace. The Hub enables AI development, partnering with engineering, architecture, governance, and portfolio teams worldwide to accelerate responsible AI adoption and enterprisewide reuse. Based between the US, UK, and India, the team is more than 100strong and committed to delivering value for FIS through AI. What you will be doing You will define and deliver core capabilities of the FIS AI Platform including reusable agents, templates, tools, patterns and frameworks. You will partner with engineering and architecture, work and vendors, and drive alignment across internal stakeholders. You will ensure platform components meet responsible AI, security, observability and compliance standards, and support vendor evaluations, SOWs and RFP processes. You will own select AI assetsfrom roadmap to adoption. You will promote adoption through enablement materials, demos, documentation and internal marketing programs. Key responsibilities include:

The pay range for this full-time position is $170,550.00 - $286,520.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay.
