Are you an organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Campus Operations Coordinator to support daily campus functions and enhance the student and business experience. In this vital role, you'll report directly to the Campus President and play a key part in keeping our client's campus running smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule: 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $26/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across campus
  • Coordinate facility needs and manage relationships with vendors
  • Serve as the Incident Coordinator, handling emergency systems and preparedness
  • Help plan and execute on-campus events and activities
  • Ensure compliance with campus policies and regulatory standards
  • Draft reports, memos, and correspondence
  • Manage calendars, answer phones, and direct inquiries
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners
  • Use Microsoft Office tools to streamline operations
  • Take on special projects as assigned




Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • 3-5 years of office or operations management experience (preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25lbs

The base pay range above represents the low and high end of the base compensation range we reasonably expect to pay for this position.
