Pay | $85,000-$95,000/year

Schedule | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Oversee day-to-day HR functions including payroll, benefits, leave management, compensation, compliance, and safety
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, from job posting and interviews to hiring and orientation
  • Address employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and manage performance and disciplinary processes
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple U.S. states and Canada
  • Coordinate training programs, track certifications, and support ongoing employee development
  • Partner with management to update job descriptions, improve hiring strategies, and drive employee recognition
  • Assist in audits and implement HR best practices and updates to policies based on legal changes



Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification required
  • 3+ years of HR Generalist experience, including 2+ years managing payroll in multiple states and Canada
  • Solid understanding of HR laws and practices; prevailing wage/Davis-Bacon Act experience a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook; Paycom experience is a bonus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Able to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 15 lbs
