POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC (AOPS) has a dynamic opportunity for a Capability Integration and Delivery (CID) Product Team Owner to join our team in Boulder, CO to support an effort with US Space Force. As the CID Product Team Owner, you will lead and manage the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) and Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC) Management Support for the Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Test and Analysis Program (TAP) Lab. This position is identified as a "key position" for the contract, signifying its critical role in ensuring the successful delivery and integration of software capabilities.

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)



  • Serve as the lead for executing CID team resources provided under the BOSS contract.
  • Act as the single source of programmatic knowledge and ownership of assigned work for the CID support provided by this contract.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software deployment.
  • Manage the S-SDLC processes to ensure software security and compliance with industry standards.
  • Coordinate and lead CID team members to meet project milestones and deliver high quality software solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to provide updates, gather requirements, and address any concerns related to CID activities.
  • Continuously assess and improve CID processes to enhance efficiency, security, and overall performance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelors and 14 years or more experience; Masters and 12 years or more experience; PhD or JD and 9 years or more experience.
  • 10 years of relevant industry experience in software development, with a strong focus on CI/CD and S-SDLC processes.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing CI/CD pipelines and S-SDLC processes.
  • Strong technical background in software development and integration.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative solutions.
  • In-depth understanding of software security practices and compliance requirements.


Expected Pay Range: $200,000 to $240,000 per year
