POSITION OVERVIEW AND PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):

Alutiiq Operations Services, LLC (AOPS) has a dynamic opportunity for a Cyber Team Product Owner to become part of a dynamic team at the forefront of technology exploitation, facility management, and information technology innovation for the Space Systems Command (SSC), Space Sensing Directorate, Strategic Missile Warning Ground Acquisition Delta's (SNG) Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) Tools, Applications, and Processing Laboratory (OPIR TAP Lab) and the Boulder Ground Innovation Facility (BGIF).

This opportunity is for a POTENTIAL CONTRACT award and is contingent upon the contract being awarded. Consideration for a potential contract may require a signed letter of intent. If the contract is awarded, another position posting will be available on the Company Careers portal.

Job Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)



  • Provide identify management and network access to authorized personnel for OPIR TAP Lab Systems.
  • Support development, coordination, and submission of Risk Management Framework (RMF) packages necessary to achieve and maintain Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority to Connect (ATC), Interim Authorization to Test (IATT), and any other enclave accreditations/approvals as required, in both Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) and Xacta 360.
  • Work with Government Information System Security Managers (ISSM) and support for Information System Security Officers (ISSO) to develop, maintain and resolve security Plan of Action and Milestones (POAM) deficiencies throughout all OPIR TAP Lab enclaves' lifecycles.
  • Apply the appropriate set of impact baseline security controls to ensure compliance with applicable requirements to achieve and maintain the ATO of applicable network enclaves. The current security categorization (Confidentiality-Integrity-Availability) for all OPIR TAP Lab enclaves is Moderate--Moderate-Low (M/M/L).
  • Re-evaluate implemented security controls during the period of the ATO as required.
  • Carry out all applicable assessment, authorization, and continuous monitoring activities to safeguard against threats and hazards to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the information networks covered under this contract.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • CISSP Certification
  • 10 years of industry-related experience
  • ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance w/ SCI Eligibility


Expected Pay: $140,000 to $160,000 per year
