Job Title: Part-Time Office Manager
Location:Seattle, WA 98101
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM (10 hours/week)
Potential for More Hours: Can extend to 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM if proactive and able to identify additional tasks
Type: Part-Time (through August) with potential to convert to full-time if approved
Pay: $35-$40/hour

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Office Manager to support the daily operations. This role is essential to maintaining an organized, well-stocked, and welcoming environment for a team of 30+. Ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, takes initiative, and thrives in a structured yet flexible office setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Open and prep the office each morning (Monday-Friday, 8-10 AM)
  • Restock kitchen and office supply areas
  • Refill coffee machines and manage snack/beverage inventory
  • Check and organize supply cabinets; notify appropriate team when items need to be ordered
  • Empty the dishwasher and help maintain tidy common areas
  • Greet early guests or visitors as needed
  • Support office events or staff requests when appropriate
  • Look for opportunities to enhance the workplace experience

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in office management, facilities coordination, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational skills and a self-starter mindset
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Must be punctual and dependable
