  • Assist with training new hosts and reinforcing brand and service standards.
  • Ensure lobby, host stand, and entry experience are clean, orderly, and aligned with luxury service expectations.
  • Respond to guest concerns or complaints calmly and professionally, escalating to management when appropriate.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Trick Rider's menu, beverage offerings, and current resort events to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings and support service operations during high-volume periods as needed.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.
  • Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems strongly preferred.
  • Must maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Calm under pressure, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
