We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Gen AI Lead with 12 to 15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Generative AI AWS services and AI&ML concepts. This role involves designing and implementing innovative solutions using powerful technologies. The candidate will work in a hybrid model with occasional travel required contributing to impactful projects that drive our companys mission forward.

• Design and implement scalable architectures using AWS services to support AI and ML initiatives.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop and deploy machine learning models using Amazon Sagemaker.
• Lead the integration of Generative AI solutions into existing systems to enhance business processes.
• Oversee the deployment and management of applications using AWS CodePipeline CodeDeploy and CodeBuild.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using AWS CloudFormation and Terraform.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline the software development lifecycle.
• Utilize Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration of applications.
• Apply AI&ML concepts to solve complex business problems and improve decision-making processes.
• Manage version control and collaboration using GIT to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Drive the adoption of ML Ops practices to enhance the efficiency of machine learning workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure the security scalability and reliability of deployed solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

Qualifications -

• Possess strong expertise in AWS services including CodePipeline CodeDeploy and CodeCommit.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AI&ML concepts and tools such as Amazon Sagemaker and Luigi.
• Have experience with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Show capability in infrastructure management using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• Exhibit knowledge in ML Ops practices and machine learning model deployment.
• Understand version control systems particularly GIT for effective collaboration.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $ 139,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
