Warehouse Associate

Staffmark is hiring a dependable Warehouse Associate to support our growing operation. Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday - Thursday, 2:30 PM - 1:00 AM | Must also be available to work 1st Shift as needed

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities: Receive, store, and ship products while maintaining safety, quality, and sanitation standards. Work various shifts as needed.

• Count and verify inbound shipments; report discrepancies and sign for deliveries.
• Label, tag, and mark orders accurately.
• Pick and transport orders to shipping areas using material handling equipment.
• Verify outgoing shipments for accuracy and accept driver signatures.
• Maintain records, assist with inventory counts, and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Repack and repair damaged goods as needed.
• Operate forklifts, reach trucks, stretch wrap equipment, and perform battery/propane changes.
• Repair pallets and maintain clean trailers and work areas.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply), and write legibly.
• Able to operate a forklift, order picker, and reach truck.
• Able to use warehouse systems and technology.
• Able to follow directions with emphasis on safety while performing tasks.
• Able to shift priorities as required.
