Job Description

As a Technical Site Coordinator at Rockwell, reporting to the Regional Technical Leader, you will manage the technical aspects of a project or site, overseeing equipment (procurement and installation), ensuring compliance at site with design, and providing technical support to site during execution, while coordinating with other teams.

Your primary responsibility will be driving the execution of hardware procurement and installation at various sites in North America and Canada. You will work closely with the operations teams to develop strategic plans that drive execution and enable successful delivery.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Support the North American and Canada regions for deployment of hardware to sites
  • Provide stakeholders with visibility and updates on the progress of each site
  • Work with other IT groups to coordinate and update on work performed
  • Work with sites to schedule and coordinate work to be done at sites
  • Create purchase orders for equipment and labor
  • Clarify and drive quarterly commitments as well as establish and maintain clear chains of accountability and communication by facilitating meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Use continuous improvement methods to identify ways to optimize program effectiveness, efficiency and quality.
  • Track and manage the costs and performance of the program.
  • Oversee contractor onboarding / off-boarding
  • Support the regions with escalations around network, mobility services, and audits.
  • Help provide input on country audits regarding infrastructure and assets
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 5+ years' relevant experience, preferably in business administration, program operations, project management, or infrastructure design
  • Experience with technical infrastructure, including network
  • Experience working in global, cross-functional teams and partnering with colleagues in both business and technical roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Sharepoint
  • Effective communication and organization
