PRIMARY FUNCTION:

As a Service Request Coordinator within the Logistics Support Services (LSS) division, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in support of our government services contract. Reporting directly to the Deputy Project Manager, you will assist in various business and administrative functions, including coordinating, managing vendors, labor timekeeping, and service request processing. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, such coordinating, record-keeping, organizing, verifying, and analyzing reports, as well as utilizing computer-based programs for general administrative tasks. Your adaptability and problem-solving skills will be essential in resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Provide direct support to business and administrative efforts associated with the Government services contract.

  • Oversee the service request process for office moves, excess processing, event setups and vendors needed to complete the efforts.

  • Coordinate service request jobs, including receiving, logging, scheduling, prioritizing, and assigning tasks to appropriate personnel.

  • Be the main point of contact between internal team members, management, the customers, and outside vendors for all service request related actives.

  • Coordinate, perform walkthroughs, attend planning meetings, and submit estimates based on those walkthroughs.

  • Maintain a detailed schedule for all service request jobs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to contractual obligations.

  • Gather and organize information needed for reports and data call submissions.

  • Maintain database with up-to-date information on the status of each service request.

  • Identify any concerns including safety related to management.

  • Observe the work being performed to ensure quality, completion and safety standards are met.

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing.

  • Utilize computer-based programs for various administrative tasks.

  • Resolve issues and problems by selecting from alternative methods or adapting procedures.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • N/A

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in clerical and/or administrative duties.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft computer-based applications.

  • High school diploma required; a two-year degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Accounting preferred.

  • Three years of general administrative work-related experience.

  • Two-year degree requirement may be waived for applicable work experience.
