About Us:

Job Functions: The Executive Assistant supports all functions of the Executive Office and will be a support resource to any "C" executive. This role will include exposure to board members, major donors, and other potentially high profile guests requiring a high level of confidentiality and discernment. A successful candidate for this role should be strong in organization skills, technology and interpersonal chemistry. Essential Responsibilities:
Requirements
Education and Experience: Certificate or Associates Degree in Business or Related Field. Degree in Business Administration preferred. Five years of experience in an executive support role. Experience with Virtuous CRM preferred. Skills Requirements: Exceptional administrative and clerical skills. Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Should be organized, have superb research skills and must be exceptional communicators with a keen interest in providing reliable and accurate support to executives and management while working with confidential information. Incredible problem solving and office coordination skills and exhibit excellent time management. Methodical thinker with detailed research proficiencies. Thorough understanding of clerical and secretarial principles. Strong knowledge of databases and tracking systems. Fantastic organizational skills and detail oriented. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Brilliant written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, and business communication software. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time. Ability to walk and climb stairs and to lift 20 lbs. Hearing and speaking ability which allows for effective oral communication of information; physical, emotional and spiritual stamina to handle job-related issues and stress. Other: Must demonstrate legal authorization to work in the United States. Must pass applicable pre-employment background screening procedures. Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule during strategic and holiday periods of the year including weeknights, weekends, and particularly Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
