This is 3rd Shift role at the Greeneville Plant with work hours from 11 pm to 7 am.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Safely perform required hand and machine operations to process related media for element assemblies scheduled items.
• Ensure product meets customer ship requirements and router requirements in proper sequence to meet customer demand at 99% on-time delivery.
• Change pleater heads, bars, score pressure, slit width, pleat count, bed height, etc.
• Perform quality checks and fill out any required quality forms as well as monitor pre-heat of media.
• Perform pre-setup procedures including crane/hoist inspections prior to start-up.
• Maintain organized work areas at all times.
• Perform preventative maintenance on equipment as required.
• Detect unusual conditions or defective material and report to supervisor.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Possess attention to detail
• Work effectively with limited supervision and maintain a positive working relationship with all team members and plant personnel
• Maintain productivity levels at or above Company standards
• Must be able to read and interpret blue prints and routings
• Must be computer proficient and able to navigate within Oracle and Excel computer programs
• Must have physical ability to handle any size component or finished assembly manufactured in the department
• Punctual daily attendance is a key requirement for success in this position
• Must be able to read and write legibly; basic mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
