We are actively looking for a Senior Total Rewards Specialist with Compensation experience to join our Human Resources/Total Rewards team. As part of the Human Resources Group, the Senior Sr. Total Rewards Specialist will play a critical role in assisting in the development, implementation, and administration of the compensation programs that support the company's strategic objectives. This position requires a deep understanding of compensation principles, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. This role is focused on designing, implementing, and administering compensation programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role often involves a blend of analytical, consultative, and project management responsibilities. The Senior Total Rewards Specialist is a highly analytical and strategic individual who uses data-driven insights to ensure the organization's compensation programs are competitive, equitable, and effective in achieving business goals. They are often seen as subject matter experts who can translate complex compensation concepts into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders. Preferred education and experience
Base salary range: $113,000 to $150,000 based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting required qualification in job description. Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California markets. Working conditions: Sedentary for prolonged period of time, interact with clients, and travel occasionally.
