Conformal Coat Operator

The Conformal Coat Operator is responsible for performing
routine tasks to coat, inspect and touch up surfaces of printed circuit boards
using coating equipment. Perform various assembly operations as assigned
by the production supervisor.
Available shifts: 1st shift, 3rd Shift and the Weekend Shift

Job Summary

  • Operate a variety of equipment as needed to fulfill customer requirements
  • Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class
  • Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions
  • Perform work with minimal supervision and instruction
  • Rework and/or repair assemblies as required
  • Adhere to General Requirements of Team Members
  • Responsible for the proper handling and management of hazardous waste generated in their work area.
  • Perform other assignments as required

Required Experience and Education

  • H.S. Diploma or GED
  • Two years of relevant experience

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Ability to read and understand engineering assembly drawings
  • Ability to read and follow assembly instructions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work in environments requiring spray application, including the use of facial personal protective equipment (PPE) such as masks
