Job purpose

The National Accounts Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative, sales, and customer care support to Global's National Accounts and the National Accounts department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with representatives from Global's National Accounts.
  • Support the sales process; collaborating with the National Accounts team and the Global sales organization.
  • Help facilitate product pricing quotes for specific National Accounts.
  • Support and assist with agreed upon strategic plans to increase sales.
  • Provide customer service through answering technical questions, providing project support, and helping troubleshoot questions.
  • Support the National Accounts team with presentations, projects, and meeting preparation along with training, development, and marketing of Global products for the National Accounts.
  • Oversee product content management and setup initiatives in order to ensure that Global's product portfolio is accurately represented.
  • Assist with sales analytics and data mining for strategic sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to monthly and annual accounting and sales reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with various internal Global departments including Customer Care, Logistics, IT, Marketing, and Accounting to create the best end-to-end customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail - many projects/tasks will have potential high-dollar consequences.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple ongoing projects and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
  • Have a positive attitude and professional presence.

Qualifications include:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
  • 2-3 years related experience and/or training.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, PowerBI, AS400, and other applicable software platforms.

Pay Information: A starting range for this role is $25.17 - $30.20hr. Relevant salary considerations will include but not limited candidate qualifications, skill sets, experience, performance, and other business/organizational needs. (Please note this is not the full range, more of a target range).
