The Business Development Manager serves a pivotal role within the Manufacturing Solutions division, leading strategic initiatives to drive business growth. This position is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding the organization's client base, and cultivating long-term relationships with existing clients.

The successful candidate will also enhance the visibility of our services, conduct client-facing workshops focused on human capital management, and facilitate strategic introductions across the industrial and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with the organization's strategic goals
  • Build new client relationships and expand the company's manufacturing-sector customer base
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term engagement
  • Increase brand and service visibility through outreach, events, and networking
  • Plan and facilitate workshops focused on human capital management for clients and stakeholders
  • Lead proposal development and negotiate terms aligned with client needs and business objectives
  • Serve as a connector within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, generating new leads and partnerships
  • Attend and represent the organization at conferences and related events


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, administration, or a closely related field
  • Prior experience in manufacturing-specific business development
  • Strong project management and client-facing communication skills
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel locally and attend out-of-state conferences as needed
