Now, we're entering a new phase of growth and are looking for an HR Generalist to support critical people operations that drive employee success and ensure compliance across the organization.

What You'll Do


  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles, including job descriptions, job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and offers
  • Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding / offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience
  • Act as first point of contact for any HR/Recruiting related issues
  • Maintain and update the HRIS system with accurate employee data
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 and E-Verify regulations
  • Develop and administer HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee files and ensure all documentation is filed appropriately
  • Partner with managers to support performance management and positive employee relations
  • Provide day-to-day HR support and help drive continuous improvement in HR processes
  • Other duties, as assigned

Requirements


  • 5+ years of experience in an HR generalist or related role
  • 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting
  • Working knowledge of employment / compliance laws and HR best practices
  • Experience with recruiting and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or government contracting environment
  • Experience in recruiting for technical and manufacturing positions
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification
  • Experience with UKG Ready

Physical Requirements

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and move about regularly throughout the day and lift/carry up to 25 pounds. Must have manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and phones. Must be physically capable of walking between office and production areas and attending events or meetings off-site as needed.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in a professional office environment with occasional work in a manufacturing setting. It requires the use of standard office equipment and systems. This role involves cross-departmental collaboration and both independent and team-based responsibilities. Standard work hours for this position are 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime or off-hour work as business needs arise.

ITAR Requirement

In compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), candidates must be U.S. Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents (Green Card holders), or individuals granted asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
