What We're Seeking

We're looking for a curious, proactive, and dependable Office Intern who is excited to explore different areas of the business and contribute to meaningful work. The ideal candidate embraces our company values and culture, has a strong desire to learn, and is open to taking on a variety of tasks. This internship is designed to be mutually beneficial-offering hands-on experience and cross-functional exposure, while allowing us to benefit from your fresh perspective and support. As an Office Intern at E.A. Sween, you may support various departments, including but not limited to Human Resources, Maintenance, Engineering, Production, and Marketing.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)



  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, organizing digital documents, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Help gather and organize data to support departmental projects (e.g., maintenance logs, production reports, HR tracking documents).
  • Participate in team meetings, taking notes and following up on assigned action items.
  • Conduct research or benchmarking to support innovation, safety, training, or operational improvement initiatives.
  • Help maintain and track budgets, supply inventories, or vendor records.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to various functional teams based on project needs or seasonal priorities.

What You'll Need (Qualifications)



  • Active enrollment in a 4-year accredited college in a relevant course of study. Entering Junior or Senior year.
  • Proficiency in Excel (ideally pivot tables, and functions)
  • Strong oral and written communications skills and be able to work effectively and build relationships with others.
  • Good organization, time management and planning skills
