Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking an Deputy Program Manager for the Department of Defense (DoD) DMDC Enterprise Law Enforcement Support Services (ELEs2)program. The Deputy Program Manager works in accordance with the Transition-In plan and works in coordination with the Knowledge Transfer Team. They're also a critical support to the Program Manager for the overall program and ongoing operations.

What You'll Do:

    Supports the planning and management of the Transition-in Program of schedules in Project Center, leading releases and preparing project status reports.
  • Supports the Program Manager in managing resources, including personnel and budgets
  • Identifies potential risks and issues and recommending mitigation strategies
  • Oversee and support the execution of program tasks and projects
  • Maintains relationships with clients, government officials, and other stakeholders
  • Prepares reports on program progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as reviews and documents programmatic information
  • Assist with contract compliance and management
  • Identify areas for program improvement and implements necessary changes


Qualifications

  • 5 years with BS/BA; 3 years with MS/MA; 0 years with PhD, 9 years in lieu of degree
  • Ability to obtain Public Trust
  • Must be a U.S Citizen
  • Experience managing staff
  • Demonstrated success in meeting deadlines and managing the planning and execution of project tasks and resource coordination
  • Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with experience collaborating across multiple Government agencies and partner organizations
  • Ability to identify and recommend process improvements to enhance quality, reduce cost, and eliminate inefficiencies

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
