JOB SUMMARY This position is a vital role in support of the VP of Real Estate and Facilities as a primary focal point in managing the corporation's real estate requirements and transactions either directly or through leveraging various service provider relationships in support of the corporate initiatives. Other responsibilities may include budget forecasting, reporting, real estate planning and analysis, portfolio administration and other related tasks. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
