Aloha! A local bank is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join their Digital Banking team. Tier 1-3 troubleshooting and system configuration experience is needed along with 3-5 years in a business analyst role or system support role. Please see more details below and apply in interested.
*Description* *Responsible for making decisions requiring application expertise or specialized knowledge. *Leads advanced production issues and works closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and Business Units to troubleshoot. *Presents or explains new features/functions to management, business units, and/or high profile customers. *Identifies and implements processes to work more efficiently and effectively. *Runs reports and analyzes data in order to provide insights to product management, business units, and management for decision making or troubleshooting purposes to identify patterns, discrepancies, and areas of improvement. *Leads troubleshooting efforts and analysis of high priority issues. *Maintains system interfaces and data integration required for the successful operation of the application. *Updates/changes system parameters for new products, services, security, etc. *Liaison between the business unit and external vendor as needed *Serves as application (functional and data) and business operations expert with in-depth understanding of end-to-end application/system processing flow (including interfacing applications). *Provides business unit tier 3 support on customer issues, including those of high severity or complexity. Troubleshoots issue, vendor escalations, and periodically talks to both customers and vendors over the phone. *Provides 24x7 on-call rotation support on high severity system issues *Escalates and manages production issues until resolution. *Tests all system releases and track all issues prior to production release. *Maintains and updates application documentation including but not limited to business process and application flow charts. *Develops and maintains training materials including guides & cheat sheets *May lead certain trainings for internal business units. *Responsible to keep systems in compliance with regulatory guidelines through execution of various activities, including preparation of risk assessments and implementation of audit or compliance recommendations. *Assists with completing various activities involving Digital Banking Systems (e.g. user access reviews, provision of Network Access Request Forms) in accordance with corporate standards and guidelines outlined in Bank policies and procedures Project Support (15%) *May be responsible for approving business requirements and user acceptance testing. *Responsible for understanding releases or new services being implemented by the team and how it affects operational support. *Responsible for testing system releases and implementing minor configuration changes. *Manages and coordinates smaller projects and updates to the platform. *Leads the support of transitioning new or changed functionality from Implementations to Operations. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $47.00/hr.
