Job Summary Provides legal support for all employment matters. Manages general legal matters, advises University officials on legal aspects of policy, assists in formulation of policies, and interacts with members of the University community, legal professionals.
Minimum Qualifications Law degree (L.L.B. or J.D.) and licensed to practice law with at least ten (10) experience as an attorney. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or become a member within twelve months of employment. Desired Qualifications L.L.B. or J.D. degree, licensed to practice law, with ten (10) to fifteen (15) years of experience as an attorney with increasing level of responsibilities including office administration and legal duties. Experience in higher education is preferred. Member of the Florida Bar.
