What You'll Do Sign for inbound shipments and obtain drivers signatures for outbound shipments Establish and maintain professional working relationships with all customers, internal and external, to achieve overall goals Collect all shipping and/or receiving documentation, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies Maintain all data and records relative to shipping and/or receiving activities Read shipping orders to determine the quantity and type of transportation needed. Ensure the accuracy of all shipping documents, gather and maintain all data relative to shipping activities. Collect all documentation for outboard freight and route to the proper record-keeping unit. Schedule inbound and outbound freight to comply with warehouse operations. Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and issue instructions for loading products. What You'll Bring High School Diploma or the equivalent Extremely detail-oriented and a quick learner Strong Organization Skills Strong Communication Skills Experience with computer systems, SAP knowledge a plus Basic math skills required Lift up to 50 lbs. on an infrequent, non-repetitive basis is required Equal Opportunity Employer.
