What You'll Do
|
Summary/Objective: We are seeking a data-driven and analytical individual to join our Marketing Technology and Enablement team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts by leveraging your expertise in advanced analytics and audience segmentation. You will gather, analyze, and interpret data to gain valuable insights into our target audiences, marketing campaign performance, and overall marketing effectiveness. Your findings will be used to inform strategic decision-making and optimize our marketing and communications initiatives. - Design and execute complex data analysis projects using advanced techniques like statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau).
- Develop and implement audience segmentation strategies to identify and target specific customer groups with tailored marketing messages and campaigns.
- Analyze marketing campaign performance across various channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising) and identify areas for improvement.
- Utilize data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data insights in a clear and concise manner for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for Experience team activities and develop reports to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the platform & products, member growth and engagement, member experience, and communications CoEs across the Experience team to translate data insights into actionable recommendations and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing technology trends and tools, and actively advocate for their adoption to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting capabilities.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with all data privacy regulations.
- Assist with the development and implementation of data collection strategies.
- Assist with the development and execution of A/B testing and other marketing research initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of marketing data governance policies and procedures.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data analysis workflows and automation processes.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and projects.

What You'll Need
|
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience using advanced analytical techniques and audience segmentation models is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
- Strong understanding of marketing and communications metrics.
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
Additional Eligibility Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and solve complex data-driven challenges.
- Proficient in SQL and statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python, Excel).
- Proven experience in using advanced data analysis techniques (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning).
- Excellent data visualization skills and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of marketing and communications principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively translate complex data insights into clear and concise language for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.
