Location: High Ridge, Missouri Company: STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the 2nd shift Facilities team in High Ridge, Missouri. This is a full-time position supporting the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of advanced production equipment used in both commercial and defense manufacturing environments. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair CNC machinery including mills, lathes, and grinders Diagnose and repair shock and vibration test equipment Rebuild and maintain water and vacuum pumps Perform scheduled maintenance on environmental test chambers, water towers, heat exchangers, and HVAC systems Support engineers by assembling, modifying, testing, and repairing mechanical, optical, and electronic components Interpret and follow detailed wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, operation sheets, and engineering specifications Maintain ESD safety protocols and properly handle chemicals and delicate components Adhere to all standard operating procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support workflow optimization and equipment availability Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment Proven ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues Familiarity with ESD safety practices and precision component handling Experience with soldering and wire bonding preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Access and Excel required; LabView experience is a plus Experience with MRP systems is beneficial Must be a U.S. Citizen Benefits Competitive hourly pay with shift differential Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance Health savings account with employer contribution Life insurance and disability coverage 401(k) plan with company match Legal assistance and support services Wellness programs focused on physical, mental, and financial well-being Paid time off, emergency leave, and parental leave Flexible work schedules, including 9/80 options Professional development opportunities and career growth support About STS Technical Services STS Technical Services is a Top 100 Staffing Firm that partners with global leaders in the aerospace, defense, manufacturing, and industrial industries.
