Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience

Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire

What You'll Do

Step into a hands-on role that blends technical knowledge with real-time problem-solving. You'll be working directly with CNC machines, operators, and engineers to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and process issues on the production floor
• Work with CNC lathes, machining centers, gear-cutting machines, and related equipment
• Partner with engineers, operators, and quality teams to improve manufacturing processes
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for quality discrepancies
• Assist with training machine operators on procedures and technical standards
• Support process optimization to improve output and product quality

What You Bring to the Table

• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, and general machining practices
• Familiarity with gear-cutting equipment (a plus)
• Working knowledge of shop math, work holding, and measurement techniques
• Solid understanding of CAD/solid modeling and engineering drawings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy
• Strong problem-solving abilities with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
