The successful applicant must qualify for an academic appointment in Professor of Clinical X or Health Sciences Clinical Professor series at the Assistant, Associate, or Full professor rank. We seek clinical educators to participate in part- time and/or full-time inpatient and outpatient clinical practice in Internal Medicine within an academic setting in one or more of the following clinical specialties: The posted UC salary scales (https://www.ucop.edu/academic-personnel-programs/compensation/index.html) set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See Table 5 for the salary range. The Salary range for this position is $127,000- $333,700. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan (https://somacademicaffairs.ucr.edu/sites/g/files/rcwecm2346/files/2021-02/2021-02-11HSCP%20Plan.pdf), which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Possess an M.D. or equivalent degree Has current California Medical License or is eligible for licensure in the State of California. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or appropriate American Certifying Board. Must qualify for medical staff privileges at UCR Health and our affiliated hospitals. Experience in clinical practice providing inpatient and outpatient care in Internal Medicine. Preferred qualifications
