Clear Creek Federal is seeking aSr. Intelligence SME for an opportunity we are pursuing with the Department of Defense. This role will provide support to the Army Intel community and contribute to policy development including research, analysis and coordination with ARMY Reserve, MIRC, INSCOM and Elements at HQDA or USD. This role will be located at Ft. Belvoir in Virginia.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:



  • Coordinate and research various intelligence disciplines, including HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and All Source analysis.
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to support Army Reserve G-2 initiatives. Gather and synthesize data from multiple sources.
  • Ensure compliance with established protocols and standards.
  • Assist in addressing recruiting and accession challenges for Reserve linguists.
  • Develop strategies to enhance linguist recruitment and retention.
  • Manage and respond to multiple OUSD(I) Requests for Information (RFIs) related to USAR processes and procedures. Ensure timely and accurate responses to RFIs.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of research, analysis, and policy contributions.


Basic Qualifications:



  • 10+ years of military intel training experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance
