Estimated annual base pay: $184,000 (minimum) - $230,000 (midpoint) - $276,000 (maximum)

The Director of Engineering is tasked with building, leading, and enhancing a critical engineering organization responsible for designing, developing, validating, improving, and supporting products, systems, and applications. Reporting to the Vice President of Engineering, this role provides high-level technical and organizational expertise to guide design efforts, customer interactions, and quality-related problem solving. The Director is accountable for setting strategic direction and delivering management leadership within a key engineering area. Specifically, this role oversees a global team of over 80 Software Engineers, focusing on both new development and sustainment of production items. The team adheres to rigorous development standards for commercial aerospace electronics, including DO-178 DAL A and MIL-STD-882, ensuring high-quality and compliant solutions.
