Production Design Contractor - 5+ years Experience Creative Services Team This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), hybrid contract role located in Culver City, CA. Summary We're looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Production Designer to deliver high-quality, in-product media customer journeys. This role is key to crafting visual content across digital, social, AV, and print formats-contributing to compelling, customer-centric storytelling that drives engagement and meets top-tier design benchmarks. Our Ideal Candidate 5+ years of experience in visual, UX, and production design Passion for creating engaging content across digital platforms and subscription-based experiences Proficient in visual design, UX, and production tools with strong storytelling and cross-platform execution skills Familiar with product and campaign design across marketing, sign-up flows, payment methods, cancellation, and re-engagement Skilled in collaborating with talent, creators, and cross-functional teams Able to work independently and manage a high volume of concurrent projects Flexible and adaptable to fast-paced, evolving priorities Strong written and verbal communication with exceptional attention to detail Culturally attuned, solutions-oriented, and driven by transparency, privacy, and trust principles Job Description In this role, you will guide the creative journey across platforms and devices, balancing execution with strategy. You'll partner with internal teams, creators, and external vendors to produce campaign deliverables that meet brand standards and business goals. This includes developing concept-driven designs, preparing final deliverables, and maintaining a consistent visual voice across experiences. You will also build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, contribute to design strategy, and uphold high production standards that reflect cultural relevance and accessibility. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Design or equivalent practical experience Background in marketing, UX, digital product design, or creative production Additional Requirements Please include a resume and portfolio showcasing your production, UX, and visual design work. This opportunity is located in Culver City, CA and requires hybrid work (on-site presence as needed). The pay for this W-2 position ranges from $85.00 - $90.50 per hour. This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting length of service and hours requirements.
