SUMMARY

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing content and design strategy to help shape Patriot Place branding and guest connection through digital and social media design, publishing, public relations efforts, and event management.

This person will manage all digital and social inventory to optimize value for Patriot Place and its partners. This role will oversee all Patriot Place marketing efforts related to customer acquisition, community engagement, promotional activity, grassroots marketing, communications, event execution, content strategy and database management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  1. Manage the Marketing Team and development of innovative event and promotional concepts designed to deliver traffic and sales to the center.
  2. Manage selection and hiring, professional development, employee relations, functions training, performance evaluations and work assignments. Operates as a role model for the team providing clear and concise direction and coaching for continuous improvements. Collaborate with Human Resources on training, hiring and employee relations issues.
  3. Serve as the primary owner, manager and editor of Patriot Place social media accounts and content strategy.
  4. Manage staff and direction of content creation for informational, entertainment and promotional purposes, and corresponding content and promotional calendars
  5. Develop, maintain, and manage all brand specifications for marketing materials as it pertains to Patriot Place marks, its tenants, and partners.
  6. Collaborate with content and creative departments to contribute to creative guidelines and ensure social media posts are up to brand standards, while developing plans for promotional campaigns.
  7. Manage the prioritization of content and publishing strategy, collaborate with marketing team in relation to tenants and internal business partners. Identify content inventory and deliver campaigns to aid in the support of traffic and sales lifts to Patriot Place and its tenants.
  8. Manage the customer loyalty program and Patriot Place App including content development, tenant and customer engagement strategy.
  9. Analyze organization's digital and social data to understand what content is being consumed, where fans are consuming it, and how to create opportunities based on actionable insights
  10. Create reporting to provide to in house key stakeholders via regular reports to in-house stakeholders and external partners, leveraging data from Google Analytics, Facebook, Instagram Insights, Twitter and other analytics platforms
  11. Develop and manage budgets and purchasing of digital ads via social media platforms and Google, and forecast ad pacing and packaging opportunities
  12. Consume and provide competitive analysis of content across other shopping centers, tenant brands, teams, and leagues
  13. Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3-5 years of Marketing experience
  • 1-3 Years of supervisory experience required
  • Outstanding Customer Service and retention
  • required Quantitative interests (background in Analytics, Accounting or Similar)
  • Experience working with digital creative tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Canva, Lightroom or similar editing solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong skills in Excel, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
  • Knowledge of digital technologies, software and applications
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a sense of ownership, willingness to learn, high degree of curiosity
  • Flexibility in working quickly and efficiently under pressure to handle shifting priorities
  • Detail and results oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills
  • Must have attention to detail and focused concentration
  • Must be able to learn new tasks and complete tasks independently
  • Must be able to make timely decisions in the context of the workflow
  • Must possess strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and responsiveness.
