WHAT WE OFFER * Paid Time Off * Medical * Dental * Vision * Flexible Spending Accounts * Critical Illness/Accident Coverage * Life Insurance * Short & Long-term Disability * 401(K) * Profit Sharing * Parental Leave * Tuition Reimbursement * Paid Holidays ABOUT THE JOB TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborates with Engineering to introduce the newest innovations to ensure the business stays productive and competitive across 7 sites * Coordinate with Engineering and Operations on capital equipment qualification and implementation * Assist Maintenance & Operations to identify correct PM and repair parts list * Facilitates from Engineering hand-off through commissioning to Employee training and stabilization * Creates & maintains master data and routings * Leads and trains problem solving methods to improve processes and controls STANDARDS & PLAYBOOK * Coordinates and structures flow line implementation standards that includes, material, product, people and equipment to ensure time, cost and deliverables are met * Sustains and creates standards and metrics that provide best practices for line upgrades/modifications and/or new installations with the consideration of material flow * Designs Job Instruction document controls and supports TWI program implementation PROJECT & PROCESS MANAGEMENT * Manages projects with cross functional teams as directed from the Strategic North Star * Facilitate Obeya methodology throughout Corporate and sites to ensure alignment with Strategy * Lead projects to create and sustain desirable results that have an impact to safety, quality, cost reduction, delivery and improve workflow inefficiencies. * Foster and support Wis-Pak Mission, Culture and Values DISCLAIMER: The information listed above is not intended to be an all-inclusive job description. ABOUT YOU * Bachelor's degree in engineering is required * Previous responsibility in leading projects utilizing Continuous Improvement methods through structured activities to obtain KPI goals * Ability to look at complicated systems with an Innovative view for developing best practice * Experience with Equipment and Manufacturing Engineering methods from a process and capital viewpoint * Ability to follow and teach Continuous Improvement & Problem Solving methodology * Lean practitioner that possesses experience with Toyota Production System or similar industry recognized Lean training * Familiar with facility layout and process mapping, such as Value Stream Mapping, Shikumi or Makigami * Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Possess personal accountability and be a self-starter with passion for continuous improvement * Ability to work effectively and develop relationships with all levels of employees, management, vendors, and customers. * Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Proficient with computer applications (Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio, MS Project, and statistical tools such as Minitab or SPC for Excel) * Must meet Pre-employment Drug Screening Requirements and background check Wis-Pak/WP Beverage is an equal opportunity employer that complies with EEOC rules and regulations.
