Workstream Administrator - Remote

IEM is looking for a Full Time- Workstream Administrator to join our team and manage Workstream coordination, handling multiple workstreams, ensuring tasks are assigned, timelines are met, and dependencies are tracked.

Primary Location:



  • Live anywhere that meets remote work requirements in the United States including Puerto Rico.
  • Work remotely from home or personal office location.


Travel Requirements:



  • This position will require travel (up to 10%) around Puerto Rico to complete work assignments or attend meetings.


Essential Functions:



  • Monitor progress of workstream tasks, track milestones, and identify potential risks or delays. Provide proactive solutions to keep workstreams on track.
  • Participate in workstream discovery and design workshops across all integration areas to support, facilitate and document work progress.
  • Coordinate with team members to ensure adequate resource allocation and availability for various workstream activities.
  • Coordinate IT Support requests from AMI (service now, etc.)
  • Support Stage Gates and CAB presentations.
  • Facilitate daily /weekly status and stand-up meetings for workstream activities.
  • Responsible for planning, coordinating and scheduling workstream team meetings.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, notes, action items and issues for workstream meetings, workshops, and discussions.
  • Responsible for coordinating workstream status information collection and supporting status reporting to workstream leads, AMI POM, ITOT PMO and workstream stakeholders.
  • Responsible for managing and overseeing project documents and artifacts.
  • Maintain the workstream repository for deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve workstream processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Follow all policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications:



  • Experience: Two (2) years or more of experience in similar role.
  • Degree: Bachelor's degree in project management, project administration or a related field.
  • Experience with testing methods and tools such as Jira, etc.
  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
  • Bilingual: Spanish and English in written and oral communication.


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience in an electric utility.

  • Remote Locations: All remote work environments require the ability to maintain minimum Internet speeds of 25 Mbps upload and 3 Mbps download, as well as a ping rate of 100 ms or less during working hours, regardless of the type and number of devices using your Internet connection. You must also have account privileges and access to your Internet service provider account during working hours for the purposes of maintaining the Internet connection, if needed.
  • Office Locations: Often, these offices are either owned by the client we work with or by IEM. All candidates are expected to follow any rules and regulations of the office in which they are required to work for that project.

  • Annual salary based on location and experience: $70,000 to $110,000
