Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for hands-on work and precision machining? Staffmark is seeking a skilled Grinder Operator to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment where quality and safety come first.

Schedule: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Pay: $20/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Operate manual and CNC grinding machines to smooth, shape, and prepare surfaces for further processing.
  • Set up equipment with the correct grinding wheels and attachments based on job specifications.
  • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure every part meets exact standards.
  • Inspect finished components to maintain strict quality control.
  • Handle materials safely, including lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Follow all safety protocols and keep your workspace clean and organized.




Qualifications:



  • Must have warehouse experience.
  • Experience operating various grinding machines.
  • Ability to read blueprints and understand engineering requirements.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing top-quality parts.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset.
  • Physical ability to stand, kneel, and lift throughout your shift.
