ESFM Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR-WHIPPANY, NJ Salary: $70,000-80,000/annually Pay Grade: 13 ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM self-performs 80% of all FM services provided to clients. ESFM's clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary This individual will provide administrative support to the team in a number of areas including HR, Payroll, Recruiting and Project Management. Key Responsibilities: Maintains administrative staff by recruiting, selecting, orientating and training employees Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring and appraising job results, coaching, coordinating and enforcing systems, policies and procedures Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements, submitting information for budget preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, and analyzing variances Performs other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, preferred Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience Strong computer skills and experience with MS Office products to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Ability to lead, manage and inspire staff Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment Experience managing processes and promoting process improvement Apply to ESFM Services today!
