Quality Assurance Supervisor

Description

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Supervisor for our Minneapolis facility in New Hope, MN. The Quality Assurance Supervisor ensures the quality and compliance of operational activities on the production floor. This role involves overseeing daily activities, including approval to run, cleanliness checks, providing quality event support, and determining the ultimate disposition of raw materials or finished products.

Job duties:



  • Oversee and support production activities related to quality.
  • Participate in and close quality events or unplanned deviations.
  • Conduct training for direct reports and operations personnel.
  • Provide performance-based feedback to direct reports.
  • Participate in and lead continuous improvement initiatives.


Minimum qualifications:



  • Three to five (3-5) years of experience in a cGMP manufacturing environment.
  • General understanding of applying cGMP requirements for production activities and laboratory data.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated Interpersonal skills and computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written procedures.
  • Demonstrated ability to make quality decisions during upset conditions.


Preferred qualifications:



  • One to two (1-2) years of previous supervisory experience.
