Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Set up Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in setting up and operating CNC machinery. This role involves precision machining, fabricating parts, and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the production process.

Responsibilities

• Set up / Operate CNC milling machines to produce high-quality components according to specifications.
• Set up and adjust machines for optimal performance, including tool changes and calibration.
• Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers to ensure accuracy in dimensions and tolerances.
• Assemble and fabricate parts as needed, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a CNC Mill Set up Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with machining processes, including welding and fabrication techniques.
• Proficiency in using basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Experience with precision measuring instruments is essential
