We are adding to our diverse team of experts and are looking to hire a RIA Operations Analyst to help lead the development and execution of efficient and quality driven technical improvements to the handling of client account statements and provides analytical support within reinsurance accounting. This position will effectively bring optimization through automation, elimination or changes that align and comply with global, regional, local, legal, compliance and technology directives, as well as satisfy internal and external audit requirements. The position also provides consultative expertise related to automation concepts and process improvements and will align with global counterparts for adherence to standards and projects driven. Responsibilities Your Job: Qualifications Your Profile: * Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, accounting, finance or equivalent education and work experience The Company is open to considering candidates in numerous locations, including Princeton, NJ. The salary range posted below applies to the Company's Princeton, NJ location.The base salary range anticipated for this position is $105,000 - $125,000 plus opportunity for company bonus based upon a percentage of eligible pay. In addition, the company makes available a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, 401k match, retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO). The salary estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for candidates hired in this position in Princeton, NJ. Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.
